Add to this some fantastic battle looking battle maps and Imperial Glory has the potential to take the wargaming/strategy genre by storm. The early screenshots we saw demonstrated that this had already paid dividends. The development team spent a lot of their time sourcing historical records and viewing museum material to ensure the overall accuracy of the game. Having talked to the developers directly it was obvious to us that a great deal of passion has gone into creating this game, as well as a lot of in-depth research. The ability to build an empire on a strategic level and to undertake battles at a tactical level are nothing new what is, however, is the inclusion of naval battles and the attention to historical detail.
